The profile we're looking for:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production or related areas)
- At least 6 years' experience in the industrial sector
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, PDCA)
- Knowledge of time and methods / production line balancing (desirable requirement)
- Analytical ability and critical thinking to optimise processes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Mastery of data analysis tools and industrial ERPs (preferred).
Main responsibilities:
- Analysing and optimising production processes to ensure efficiency, quality and waste reduction
- Implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
- Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and proposing corrective actions
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the implementation of good practices
- Developing and conducting training initiatives for the team on continuous improvement and industrial processes
- Managing and organising work and the team in such a way as to maximise efficiency at all times
- Ensure that the team has access to the appropriate resources to complete the tasks and that they use them effectively.
- Training and promoting the development of knowledge and skills in teams
- Participate in innovation and automation projects for industrial processes.
