In the case of FRICON, this commitment is reflected in its practices, in the transparency with which it communicates its performance, and in its ongoing efforts to improve, as evidenced by the publication of its Sustainability and Social Responsibility Report and its recent assessment by EcoVadis.
In 2023, FRICON published its first Sustainability and Social Responsibility Report, a significant demonstration of transparency and accountability. This document allows various stakeholders (suppliers, customers, employees, partners, and the community) to clearly understand the company’s initiatives, goals, and results in the areas of Environment, Social Responsibility, and Governance (ESG). More than just a communication tool, the report serves as a management tool, guiding decisions and reinforcing the commitment to continuous improvement.

More recently, in February 2026, FRICON completed its EcoVadis assessment for the first time.
This assessment, which evaluates more than 150,000 companies worldwide, is globally recognized for evaluating organizations’ performance across four areas: the environment, labor practices and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. FRICON was awarded the ‘Committed’ Medal by EcoVadis, a recognition of our performance and ongoing dedication to implementing best business practices. This distinction highlights the progress of our global management system and reinforces our long-term commitment to increasingly responsible operations, extending our commitment to our employees, suppliers, and the rest of the value chain.
For FRICON, this assessment represents not only external recognition of the work it has done, but also an opportunity to identify areas for improvement and align itself with increasingly stringent international standards. Specifically, as part of the European Green Deal, the European Union has set ambitious decarbonization targets that require companies to take a proactive approach.
FRICON has been investing in the development of more energy-efficient products, committing to renewable energy through the installation of solar panels, and, at the same time, calculating and monitoring its carbon footprint.
