As part of its commitment to social responsibility and fostering a more inclusive culture, FRICON established a partnership with ValorIN in June 2026. ValorIN is a social innovation and entrepreneurship initiative created by MADI – the Movement for the Support of People with Intellectual Disabilities of Vila do Conde.
ValorIN carries out work with a significant social impact, providing training, skills development, and employment opportunities for people with disabilities, mental health conditions, or other vulnerable circumstances. By providing assembly and packaging services for companies, this initiative helps develop valuable skills while creating pathways to inclusion in the labour market.
Inclusion in every package
As part of this collaboration, the ValorIN team is now responsible for packaging the bags included with FRICON product manuals. Each package represents far more than a step in our logistics process. It symbolises the contribution of people whose talent, dedication, and commitment deserve to be recognised and valued.
To mark this partnership, every bag features a seal bearing a very special message:
