The profile we're looking for:
- Academic background in Quality, Engineering or similar;
- Eligible for professional internship;
- Knowledge of Internal Quality Audits (preferred);
- Computer skills at MS Office level;
- Knowledge of quality and/or quality control;
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 is highly valued;
- Knowledge of Lean tools;
- Knowledge of languages (English; Spanish) (preferred).
Main responsibilities:
- Inspecting and controlling the quality of the equipment produced in accordance with the defined requirements and specifications;
- Carry out measurements, tests and trials on the equipment produced;
- Checking and verifying supplier materials both during the production process and in the final assessment before dispatch to the customer;
- Identifying and helping to implement new technologies, possible layout optimizations and improvements to the production process;
- Checking compliance with the Quality Management System implemented and suggesting improvements;
- Carrying out tests on raw materials and final products and validating the results obtained;
- Controlling and monitoring the entire production process in order to optimize it and control quality;
- Contributing to and actively participating in the continuous improvement of products, reducing costs and increasing the company's productivity;
- Carrying out and checking the various procedures that guarantee the quality of the company's raw materials and finished products;
- Detecting and pointing out possible defects or inaccuracies in execution or finishes, being able to draw up reports, with a view to quality, respecting the rules of safety, hygiene and health at work and environmental protection.
